Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely via PayPal. Your name, email address and transaction details are shared for payment processing. PayPal acts as an independent data controller. We do not store full card details.
Email Marketing
We use Mailchimp to manage marketing communications. If you opt in, your email address is stored with Mailchimp and engagement metrics may be tracked. You may unsubscribe at any time. Legal basis: Consent.
Analytics

Children’s Data
Our services are not specifically directed at children. Under UK law, children aged 13 or older may consent to online services. Users under 13 require parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data unlawfully from children.
Automated Decision-Making
Automated systems may grant course access after payment, flag suspicious activity, or process failed payments. We do not conduct profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Security
We implement appropriate safeguards including SSL encryption, encrypted passwords, role-based administrative access, secure hosting, system monitoring and data minimisation. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Data Breach Procedures
Where required, we will notify the Information Commissioner’s Office within 72 hours of a reportable breach and notify affected individuals where high risk exists.
Your Rights

Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. Users under 13 require parental consent under UK law.
Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and report unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts for misuse.
Course Access
After successful payment you receive a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use. You may not share, copy, record, resell or redistribute course materials. All intellectual property remains owned by EZED UPSKILL LIMITED.
Payments
All fees are payable in GBP via PayPal. Access is granted only after successful payment.
Refunds
A 14-day cooling-off period applies if digital content has not been accessed. Once accessed, cancellation rights are lost. Refunds are otherwise provided only where legally required.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
